The Client Services Department provides unparalleled client experiences in the delivery of services to our customers. The team upholds impeccable client relationship management, product penetration and funds administration with responsibility for the Sales and Administration of the five (5) Collective Investment Schemes (CIS) namely: Republic Unit Trust, Republic Equity Trust, Republic Future Plan Trust, Republic Real Estate Investment Trust, and Republic Wealth Trust. The diversified investments provide varied degrees of liquidity which is uncommon in most investment houses. This is done through the expertise of seasoned professional investment managers with an enviable track record coupled with synergies within the Republic Group.
The Client Services team is responsible for full client service delivery, which spans, Onboarding of clients; Providing investment advice on all products and services to both walk-in & virtual clients; Handling & serving client requests and complaints resolutions; and other operational supports relevant to serving the customer delightfully.
Republic Investments manages five Collective Investment Schemes (CIS, also commonly referred to as Unit Trust/Mutual Funds / Managed Funds) . CISs or managed funds are vehicles that allow you to pool your money with several other investors into a single fund that can invest in assets that might otherwise be out of your reach. Funds are invested in assets including shares, fixed income instruments, sovereign securities, properties or a combination of these, which is outlined in the funds prospectus/ Scheme Particulars. The operations and regulations of the funds are under the ultimate supervision of the Capital Market Regulator, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Ghana, and under the Governance of a Trustee.
